Founder and Head of all things Baking! Sourdough is a passion for Jane, maybe more like an obsession!
Oliva Jones
Founder and Cafe Manager, Olivia has a focus on providing the best service and experience possible!
Matt Smith
Matt takes care of all orders and deliveries – an eye for detail and a logistical who loves spread sheets!
